1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from Simple Path Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operating as "Taisis" (d/b/a "Taisis") through taisis.com. This includes both the one-time website creation service and the recurring monthly maintenance plan. We are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and want every client to be satisfied with our work.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable consumer protection laws, clients located in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the contract is formed (i.e., the date payment is completed and the order is confirmed).

2.1 How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to info@taisis.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use the following wording: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of digital services ordered on [date]." You must include your full name, order reference (if available), and date of purchase.

2.2 Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw before we have started working on your project, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid within 14 days of our receipt of your withdrawal notice.

3. Early Commencement of Services

Because our service involves a fast turnaround (typically 7 days), we may ask for your express consent to begin work before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. If you provide this consent:

  • You acknowledge that you are requesting early commencement of the service.
  • You acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed, you will lose your right of withdrawal.
  • If you withdraw after work has begun but before the project is complete, you agree to pay a proportional amount corresponding to the work already performed. This amount will be calculated based on the percentage of the project completed at the time of withdrawal and deducted from any refund due.

4. Express Consent Acknowledgment

Before commencing work, the Client will be asked to confirm the following statement:

"I expressly request that the provision of services begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. I understand and accept that once the service is fully completed, I will lose my right of withdrawal. If I cancel before completion, I agree to pay for the portion of work already completed."

This consent will be obtained in writing (via email, digital form, or electronic signature) and a copy will be provided to the Client for their records.

5. Refunds After Service Completion

Once the project has been delivered and accepted (or deemed accepted per our Terms and Conditions), the service is considered fully performed and no refund is available under the right of withdrawal.

However, if the delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed specifications, the Client may submit a written complaint within 10 business days of delivery. We will review the complaint and, at our discretion, either: correct the deficiency at no additional cost; or offer a partial refund reflecting the portion of the service that was not delivered as agreed.

6. Monthly Maintenance Plan. Cancellation and Refunds

The monthly maintenance plan (EUR 49 to EUR 149/month) operates as a recurring subscription. The following rules apply:

  • The Client may cancel the maintenance plan at any time by sending a written cancellation request to info@taisis.com.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. The Client will continue to have access to all maintenance services (hosting, AI assistant, updates) until the end of the paid period.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months already paid. For example, if a Client cancels on day 10 of a billing cycle, the service remains active until the end of that month but the payment for that month is not refundable.
  • If payment fails and the Client does not resolve the issue within the grace period described in our Terms and Conditions, services may be suspended. Reactivation will require payment of any outstanding balance.
  • If the Client wishes to reactivate the maintenance plan after cancellation, they may do so by contacting us. Reactivation is subject to current pricing at the time of reactivation.

7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund will be issued in the following cases: the Client fails to provide required materials or feedback, causing project delays; the Client changes their mind about the project after services have been fully performed; the Client's dissatisfaction is based on subjective design preferences that were not specified in the original brief; or the project scope was completed as agreed but the Client requests additional work beyond the original scope.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative with the Client.

9. Disputes

If you believe a refund is warranted and we have not resolved the matter to your satisfaction, you may contact your local consumer protection authority. Clients in the EU may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
