These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Simple Path Ventures LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), operating under the commercial brand "Taisis" (d/b/a "Taisis") through the website taisis.com (the "Website"). By placing an order or using our services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Taisis provides digital presence services for businesses, including but not limited to:
Professional website design and development delivered within 7 days, including initial setup, configuration, and deployment.
Following the initial website creation, the Client may subscribe to a monthly maintenance plan that includes: ongoing website hosting, maintenance, and technical support; access to the AI-powered assistant for website modifications via Telegram; regular updates, security patches, and performance monitoring; and continued access to all platform features. The monthly maintenance plan is a separate, recurring service that begins after the website has been delivered.
Upon submitting an order through our Website or any other agreed channel, the Client will receive a confirmation with the project scope, deliverables, and timeline. The contract is formed when the Client completes payment and Taisis confirms acceptance of the project.
The website creation service is provided as a one-time project with prices ranging from EUR 799 to EUR 1,899 depending on the scope and features requested. Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The monthly maintenance plan is billed on a recurring monthly basis at a rate between EUR 49 and EUR 149 per month, depending on the plan selected. The first monthly payment is due upon activation of the maintenance plan, which occurs after website delivery. Subsequent payments are charged automatically on the same day of each month. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
If a monthly payment fails, Taisis will attempt to process the payment again within 5 business days. If payment continues to fail after two additional attempts, Taisis reserves the right to suspend the maintenance services, including the AI assistant and hosting, until payment is resolved. The Client will be notified by email before any suspension takes effect.
The Client agrees to: provide all necessary content, logos, images, and information required for the project in a timely manner; respond to communications and review requests within a reasonable timeframe; ensure that all materials provided do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights; and designate a single point of contact for project communications.
Taisis will deliver the completed website within the agreed timeline (typically 7 business days from receipt of all required materials). The Client will have 5 business days to review and request revisions within the original project scope. The project is deemed accepted if no objections are raised within this review period.
Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered website and its design for their business purposes. Taisis retains the right to use the project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client objects in writing. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU for clients located within the European Union:
The monthly maintenance plan operates as a recurring subscription. The Client may cancel the subscription at any time by providing written notice (via email). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months already paid. Upon cancellation, the Client's website hosting, AI assistant access, and maintenance services will cease at the end of the paid period.
Full details of our refund policy are set out in our separate Refund Policy document, available on our Website.
Taisis shall not be liable for: any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services; any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities; any issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or domain registrars; or delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required materials or feedback.
Taisis's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant service.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, cyberattacks, or failure of third-party infrastructure.
Taisis processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Website. The Client is responsible for ensuring that their own website complies with applicable data protection regulations.
Taisis reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the Website and will apply to orders placed after the date of publication. Existing contracts remain subject to the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the Client's country of residence (including, for clients in the European Union, the mandatory consumer-law rules of the consumer's country of residence).
